Private classes allow students to focus on personal goals on their own schedule, ask questions, and feel comfortable opening up about their mental and physical health; diving much deeper into practice. The setting of a private class creates a sense of comfort, well-being, and CONFIDENCE through a much more personalized practice.

About:

Libby has been practicing yoga for 7 years and thanks the practice for deeply uplifting her quality of life. She now inspires to guide others in finding the same connection with their practice through the skilled control of the mental and physical body.

Libby was recently certified as a teacher from Sangha Yoga Institute in Kalamazoo under the guidance of her master teacher, Karina Ayn Mirsky. Her training and teachings follow a Para yoga style that focus on classical yoga and incorporating Tantra and Ayurveda, or the “life science” of yoga. In her classes, Libby is dedicated to using vinyasa karma, or wise progression and safe intention, strengthening asanas and vinyasa flows, and obtaining sattva, a calming state and remembrance of one’s true self.
